Jamie Johal, a full-time firefighter from Nottingham, is an aspiring fitness model and competitive bodybuilder. Since 2010, he has been sponsored by NRG Fuel, becoming an ambassador and model for the brand in the process.
Describing himself as having a passion for fitness and keeping in shape, Jamie comes across as level-headed and not at all arrogant. As he states in one of the videos below: "I don't train my ego I train the muscle."
"Body-building is a 24/7, 365 days a year sport and missing workouts is not an option," says Jamie, who began training at the age of sixteen. When asked to name the favourite part of his body, he answered: "The 'V' on my lower abdominal area because the ladies seems to like that part of a man."
